The book makes a nice presentation for waffle ideas. Some are far fetched because it looks like too much ingredients for a waffle, but most recipes look pretty doable. This book has great color pictures for each recipe along with detailed recipe descriptions for what to throw into the waffle mix or lay on top of the mix before closing the iron. Inspired by the book, last night I improvised and made waffles (Bisquick). I added canned French string beans and sage and thyme. They came out perfect! I cubed up some leftover roasted chicken and heated the chicken up with mixed veggies and added chicken gravy. I served the chicken with gravy over the crispy savory Belgium waffles and it was a family hit. I bought extra copies of the book to give as hostess gifts for holiday parties to go along with the traditional bottle of wine or dessert.Product details

Awesome book! So many things you can do with a waffle iron!
This is really fun, there are recipes that I would never have thought about trying and my family and I have really enjoyed them.
This was a Christmas gift for a friend who bought a waffle iron just so he could make hash browns in it. This book should give him other ideas for that waffle iron. He seemed intrigued by the prospects.
